JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Ronnie Lee Market Jr., formerly of Caryville, has been sentenced to serve 40 years in Tennessee Department of Correction custody.

This sentence is the result of a two-day jury trial from April 22-23, 2025, in which a Campbell county jury convicted market of seven counts of aggravated sexual battery.

The State was assisted in the prosecution of this case by Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy John Minor, formerly a detective with the Caryville Police Department and the Campbell County Children’s Center. At sentencing, the State was represented by Assistant District Attorneys General Philip A. Kazee and Joseph T. Duncan.
