Margaret Alice “Boots” Tucker, age 81 of Lake City, Tennessee, passed away on December 4, 2024 at her residence. Margaret was born May 10, 1943 in Anderson County, Tennessee to the late Vernie Smith Sr. and Claude E. Wilson Smith. Margaret was a member of First Baptist Church in Lake City for over 60 years. She joined Main Street Baptist Church and has been a member there for the past 10 years. Margaret loved camping, fishing, and traveling. In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her brother, Vernie Smith Jr.

A Celebration of Margaret’s Life will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM with Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
