LUB crews spend Wednesday afternoon on pole duty

About 35 customers temporarily out of power

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Some La Follette Utility Board (LUB) power poles around the 200 block of West Walden Street, between North 5th and 7th Streets, were replaced on Wednesday afternoon.

Before the 30 to 35 LUB customers were to be without electricity for a couple of hours or less, an LUB employee notified each customer with a personal phone call alerting them of the planned outage.
