LUB crews repairing major line break; leaves many without water

Residents in east La Follette and in the valley are without water until repairs are completed

The line that needs repair is buried very deep requiring several hours of repair time.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – A major water line break occurred in front of Food Lion before eight this morning.

This is an 8-inch feed line for the east side of town and the valley, and it is buried deep. That means that repairs will take several hours.
