LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)- Detective Sergeant Jami Wadle along with the LaFollette Police Department Special Response Team executed a narcotic search warrant at 515 B W. Beech Street recently.
Inside the residence was Jimmy Norris and Vicky Lynn Johnson. When the department arrived, they found Johnson in the bathroom. She allegedly told them she had what they were looking for and told Wadle she had dropped it in the toilet when she heard them at the door. Johnson retrieved two baggies of Heroin weighing approximately 9 grams from the toilet and placed it in an evidence bag, according to a report from the LaFollette Police Department.
During a search of the residence officers allegedly found a HIPoint 9mm loaded on the table by the couch in the living room and a line of tan powder on a tablet on the table along with some Mucilax to cut the Heroin with in the living room. Johnson retrieved several baggies, straws and two sets of weighing scales, as well as a drug ledger and gave them to the officers. In Norriss’s wallet $240 was found and was seized as proceeds from the sale of heroin.
Johnson, 50, 1018 W. Iron Street, LaFollette is charged with mfg/del/sell schedule III controlled substance, mfg/del/sell schedule II controlled substance, possession firearm intent to go armed and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Norris, 57, 1018 West Iron Street, LaFollette is charged with schedule II (Fentanyl), possession firearm intent to go armed and possession unlawful drug paraphernalia (felony).
