JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Monday was a little bittersweet for retiring budget analyst Richard Terry.

It was the last time for Terry to give the financial report to Commissioners at Monday’s Budget and Finance Committee meeting.

“Thank you for all you have done for us and this county, you will be deeply missed, said Commission Chairman Johnny Bruce. Other commissioners echoed this sentiment. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-09/09/2025-6AM)
