Lance Wilson to run as a Republican for County Clerk

Election Day is Tue., May 5, with early voting running from April 15 through April 30

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- Hey, folks! My name is Lance Wilson, and I’m running for County Clerk in this year’s election because Campbell County is home, and I believe in taking care of our own.

For the last ten years, I’ve been a small business owner right here in our community. I was raised to believe that if you give your word, you keep it, and if someone needs help, you do everything you can to help them. Those are the same values my family lives by, and the ones I’ll bring to the Clerk’s Office.

I know what it means to work hard, keep things organized, and, most importantly, treat folks right, because when you don’t, people notice. Government shouldn’t be any different.

The County Clerk’s Office is where people come for some of the most important things in their lives; whether it’s getting tags, starting a business, getting married or just needing help in general. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and patience, no matter who they are or where they come from.

This isn’t about politics for me, because I’m not a politician. It’s about service. I want to make county government work better for everyday people and be someone you can trust to do the job right.

I’d be honored to earn your support, earn your vote, and to serve Campbell County as your next County Clerk.
