Neo was found tied to a pole with severe road rash and dangerously underweight, but his gentle heart never broke. He’s quiet, calm, and incredibly loving, with a soft presence that instantly makes you feel at ease. Sweet, patient, and full of quiet trust, Neo is ready for a safe home where he can finally heal and be loved.
