Kermit Comer age 76 of LaFollette, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025 at his home. He was a member of Glade Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by Wife Patricia Shears Comer, Parents Ben and Dorothy Ivey Comer, Sisters Sarah Whitaker, Mary Wilson, Kathy Kitts, Brothers Ben, Jr., Hubert, Jerry, J.W., and twin brother Kenneth Comer.

Son Kermit Comer, Jr.

Grandchildren Tanner Comer and Leslie Rutherford

Brothers Charles and Jessie Comer

Several Nieces, Nephews other relatives and friends

The family will receive friends from 1 -2 pm Monday, November 24, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service at 2pm in Cross-Smith Chapel. Rev Dale Baker officiating. Interment to follow in Sunrise Cemetery.
