Age 66 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Sunday, November 03, 2024, at U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.  She was born January 23, 1958, in Jellico, Tennessee.

     Joyce is preceded in death by:

Mother: Alice (Siler) Marion

Sister: Amy Gibbins

     She is survived by:

Husband: Robert Troxell

Daughters: Samantha Miller & husband Codie, Vanessia Troxell

Sister: Alice Faye Wooton & husband Rick

Like a sister: Dorothy White

A host of nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends: 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, November 07, 2024, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with a Memorial Service at 8 p.m.
