Jimmy Marion Rutherford, age 61, of Jacksboro passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019.  He was a member of Victory Baptist Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.  Preceded in death by father, Granville Rutherford; brother, Tommy E Rutherford; grandparents, Ollie & Earl Evans, Tom & Martha Rutherford
