Jerry Tipton Pace, age 80, of LaFollette passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2025.

He was an honorably discharged US Army Veteran; Infantry and Expert Marksman. He was an avid fisherman, loved cooking, reading, and coaching little league baseball and basketball. Jerry was the owner of Pace Construction, a successful residential and commercial contractor, who built homes and hotels across many states. He was a loving and devoted father, a trusted mentor and someone deeply cherished by many throughout the community.

Preceded in death by parents: Tip and Geneva Coatney Pace, brothers: Steven (Lynn) Pace and Marvin Pace, sister: Connie Lou Pace

Survived by

Daughters: Angela Jimenez and husband Ernesto, Susan Roberto, Courtney Pace Smith and husband Collin

Son: Jeffrey Tipton Pace

Grandchildren: Amanda Boshears, Joseph Boshears, Chelsea Boshears, Brittany Pace, Cali Roberto

Great-grandchildren: Bryden, Maddox, Jaxson, Branson, Brantlee, Payton, Zailey, Abigail

Sisters: Phyllis Owens, Judy Hopkins, Peggy Jurkoic, Sharon Ann Duncan

Brother: Wendell Nathan Pace

Family and friends will meet at 10 AM, Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 12 Noon Graveside Services and Interment, Rev. JR Kitts officiating. Military Honors will be given by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
