Mr. James WebbÂ
Age 85 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Friday, August 06, 2021 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.  He was born November 26, 1935 in Winfield, Tennessee. Â
​James made friends everywhere he went and was known affectionately to his family as “Poppy”.  He modeled and taught his children and grandchildren to always “be kind”.  He was a Army Veteran of the 969 Field Army Battalion, Korea as well as the 7974 Signal Depot Samur , France.  James was a member of the Jellico Masonic Lodge for sixty plus years.  He was a faithful member of the Crouches Creek Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral: 8 p.m. at the Church
Officiating: Rev. Mike Sutton & Brother Mark Tidwell
Burial: 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2021 in the Douglas  Cemetery (Wooldridge Community) Jellico, Tennessee

My dear sweet Uncle James, I will miss you so much. I know your’e having a special reunion in Heaven and some day I’ll join you there. Love you to the Moon Pie and back, give Nanny and Papa a hug from me.
