James Franklin (Outlaw) Norris, age 53, of LaFollette passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2024.  Preceded in death by Wife: Mildred Paula Norris, Parents: James Norris, Mary Elizabeth Comer Wilson.

Brother: David Norris

Sisters: Linda Green, Sandra Green

Several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins

Family will receive friends 12-2 PM Friday, October 25, 2024, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. J. R. Kitts officiating.  Interment to follow funeral service at Kitts Cemetery.
