James Clifford Horne, Jr., age 68, of LaFollette, born November 15, 1957 passed away on December 9, 2025. He was very proud to have served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids.

The family will receive friends 1-3 PM Sunday, December 14, 2025 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with Funeral Service at 3 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Bill Braden officiating. Family and friends will go in procession to Powell Valley Cemetery following the service for Interment with Military Honors by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
