It was a classic cars Saturday night on North Tennessee Avenue

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Here are a couple of the many good looking rides parked on North Tennessee Avenue Saturday evening.

In the very top photo, is a 1946 Chevrolet pick up that has been passed down in the family and is now owned by Dennis Coday from Rocky Top. “This truck was the family work truck, and it’s still working today,” said Coday.

Above is a 1978 AMC Javelin. Chris and Vicki Burden had been on the search for this car for a while, and when they moved to Lafollette, they found the car just down the road in Jacksboro. Chris told the story of one of his family members who wouldn’t let you park in the driveway if it wasn’t an AMC product. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-08/10/2026-6AM)
