CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Multi-vehicle crash reported on Interstate 75 Southbound at Mile Marker 132 in Campbell County at 2:54 PM on Saturday, October 26, 2024. The left southbound lane was blocked, causing a two-mile traffic backup.
