ROCKY TOP, TN (WLAF)- Here is an UPDATE at 4:45am. The southbound lanes of I-75 near the Campbell-Anderson County line at Rocky Top have been reopened after being closed for the better part of five hours on Friday morning.

Police activity on I-75 near the Campbell-Anderson County line, Mile Marker 126, at 12:06am Friday, has prompted the closing of the southbound lanes. Southbound I-75 traffic is being directed off the interstate at Rocky Top Exit 129 onto US-25W South.

An incident that began in Campbell County Thursday night triggered this chain of events, according to officials.
