A big rig ended up on the guardrail around 7am Tuesday.
Here’s is the current guardrail on the four lane at Hunters Branch Road.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – We’ve all seen a boat on a trailer or large truck get stuck on the guardrail where Hunters Branch Road turns off the four lane, Jacksboro Pike. Guardrails have taken a beating there over the years. As a result of the latest damage to the guardrail, a work day is planned on Tuesday. Hunters Branch Road will be closed at the four lane on Tuesday from 8am until 4pm. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/16/2023-1PM)

  1. It needs a turn lane and made wider. Also beach street looks like it’s had bombs dropped on it for years. One of the roughest roads in lafollette
