Homecoming at Hillcrest Baptist Church, other churches

Sunday, September 21, is when six area churches will celebrate homecoming

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Alder Springs Baptist Church, Bearwallow Baptist Church, Calvary Baptist Church, Hillcrest Baptist Church, Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and Walnut Grove United Baptist Church are all hosting homecomings beginning on Sunday morning, September 21.

Alder Springs Baptist Church– Morning service begins at 11:00 with featured singing by The Trio. Cody Monday is the pastor.

Bearwallow Baptist Church– Jerry Foust is the pastor, and the service starts at 10:30am.

Calvary Baptist Church– At 10:30am is when worship begins, and the Singing Hambys will perform. A meal will be served after the service. The pastor is Bo Freeman.

Hillcrest Baptist Church-Morning service starts at 10:45am with a message and song from special guests. Charles Kohlmeyer is pastor at Coolidge First Baptist Church, and he will deliver the sermon while there will be special singing from Ric Miller and his group. Lunch will be served at noon. Church pastor is Lynn Ray.

Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church– Marcus Gillum is the pastor, and the service starts at 10am.

Walnut Grove United Baptist Church– At 10:30am is when worship begins. There will be singing, preaching and food. The church is located at 171 Big Four Road where Robert Poland is the pastor.
