I am incredibly grateful for the support I’ve received this year from all of you—my clients, friends, and family. Your trust and referrals throughout 2024 have meant the world to me, and I couldn’t have achieved this without you. It is truly an honor to be your trusted real estate advisor, and I am deeply thankful for every opportunity to serve this community.

Last week, my brokerage, Wallace Real Estate—Tennessee’s largest independent real estate firm with over 500 of the most skilled and experienced agents across East Tennessee—held its annual awards ceremony. I am beyond humbled to share some incredible milestones from this year.

I had the privilege of closing 98 sales, totaling $22.6M in local real estate sold—matching last year’s total. For the second year in a row, I’ve helped 98 families in our community, and I’m striving to make it three in a row this year. Among hundreds of talented agents, I was honored to be recognized as #1 in the company for most homes sold (two years running) and #2 overall company-wide.

I also received the Raving Fan Award for earning the most positive client reviews, as well as Platinum Multi-Million Producer and Pinnacle Premier honors. Additionally, I was awarded #1 Overall, #1 in Listings, and #1 in Buyer-Controlled Sales within my individual office.

One of the most humbling moments of my career came this past July when I learned that I was ranked #5 in the entire state of Tennessee for closed transactions—out of over 36,000 agents. As a Campbell County native, achieving this in such a competitive industry is something I don’t take lightly, and I couldn’t have done it without the support of this incredible community.
