Seven individuals were indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury returned the following indictments:
- Jaye Wesley Mitts – DUI
- Anna Marissa Johnson – possession of Methamphetamine with intent to sell; possession of Methamphetamine with intent to deliver; theft- shoplifting
- Christopher Allen Weiss -schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to sell; schedule II controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to deliver; tampering with evidence; simple possession of schedule II controlled substance; simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance; simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance
- Laura Leah Blankenship – simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance; DUI child under 18; DUI first – per se; DUI first – bac over .15
- Matthew Scott Goins – theft up to $1000; theft over $1,000 to 2,500; three counts of theft $2,500 to $10,000
- Thomas Wayne McCloud – attempted second degree murder; aggravated assault; two counts of child abuse neglect/endangerment 8 yrs or less no injury
- Adam Christopher Kitts – aggravated assault
