Ten individuals are to be indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week the Campbell County Grand Jury handed down a series of indictments. Those indicted are:

  • Julian Lee Eskridge – DUI, DUI over .08
  • Brandon Levi Williams- DUI
  • Mark Thomas Hudson – domestic assault
  • Daniel Lee Bratcher-  aggravated assault  
  • Jimmy Lavon Thompson – aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with deadly weapon
  • Gary Lynn Smock – two counts sexual battery by an authority figure
  • Victoria Maria Brock – assault, vandalism
  • Samantha Brooke Marlow – possession of schedule I controlled substance, escape
  • Samantha Brooke Marlow – possession of a schedule  I controlled substance,  possession of a schedule  I controlled substance with intent, possession of a schedule  II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent
  • Kenny Rex Goins – maintaining a dwelling for drug use, possession of a schedule  II controlled substance (Meth)
  • James Clifford Thomas Jr.- theft over $60,000, vandalism over $60,000, felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment with deadly weapon, critical infrastructure vandalism
