A total of 23 individuals have been indicted

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury handed the first indictments of the year.

  • Francisco Jimenez De Dios- DUI
  • Taylor Dale Steakley – possession of schedule II controlled substance
  • Taylor Dale Steakley – four counts aggravated assault
  • Tommy Andrew Steakley – felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal simulation, tampering with evidence, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law, violation of registration law
  • Tommy Andrew Steakley – possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to sell,  possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to deliver (Drug Free School Zone,) possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to sell (Drug Free School Zone,) tampering with evidence
  • Misty Dawn Dople – aggravated burglary, vandalism $2,500-$10,000
  • Hombre David Foster- two counts possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession of Meth with intent to sell schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to commit possession schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to sell, conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver
  • Christopher Eric Bush- possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to deliver, two counts conspiracy to commit possession with intent to sell schedule II controlled substance, two counts conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver schedule II controlled substance, tampering with evidence

  • Mark Anthony Young – evading arrest, driving on a revoked driver’s license, helmet law
  • Keith David Kugel – aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon
  • William Andrew Long – criminal trespass, resisting arrest
  • Hunter Scott Stanfield – simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, suspended license, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law
  • Johnny Rosenbaum – violation of the Sex Offender Registry
  • Jason Hoyle Goodman- reckless aggravated assault, aggravated criminal trespass
  • Daniel Adam Leach – vandalism over $1,000, theft over $1,000
  • Kevin Lynn Wilson  -DUI 4th offense over .08, fourth offense DUI, revoked for DUI, violation of the Open Container Law
  • Kevin Lynn Wilson – unlawful possession or carrying of a weapon, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, violation of registration law, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law, revoked license
  • Terry Lynn Vickery –two counts burglary, two counts theft over $10,000, attempted burglary
  • Hunter Scott Stanfield -simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, suspended driver’s license, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law
  • Rhonda Kay Shears – possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to deliver, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule  IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule V controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • Rhonda Kay Shears – possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule  II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of  schedule  IV controlled substance with intent to deliver, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance

  • William Andrew Long – criminal trespass, possession of weapon during the commission of or escape from offense
  • Brittany Nichole O’Dell – suspended driver’s license, failure to report accident, theft over $2,500, aggravated burglary
  • Rhonda Kay Shears – revoked driver’s license, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law, simple possession of a schedule controlled II substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance
