- Taylor Dale Steakley – four counts aggravated assault
- Tommy Andrew Steakley – felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal simulation, tampering with evidence, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law, violation of registration law

- Jason Hoyle Goodman- reckless aggravated assault, aggravated criminal trespass
- Daniel Adam Leach – vandalism over $1,000, theft over $1,000
- Kevin Lynn Wilson -DUI 4th offense over .08, fourth offense DUI, revoked for DUI, violation of the Open Container Law
- Kevin Lynn Wilson – unlawful possession or carrying of a weapon, leaving the scene of an accident, resisting arrest, violation of registration law, violation of the Tennessee Financial Responsibility Law, revoked license
- Terry Lynn Vickery –two counts burglary, two counts theft over $10,000, attempted burglary
