JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were handed down last week by a Campbell County Grand Jury. These individuals will be arraigned Tue., May 30 at 9am.

Aruthur Legace aka Brian Legace – two counts aggravated child abuse and neglect, two counts child neglect, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell

Colleen Richardson – two counts aggravated child abuse and neglect, two counts child neglect, two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell

Daniel Wayne Marlow- theft under $1,000, criminal trespassing

Tristan Michael Ray- DUI

Dylan Monroe Ivey- two counts aggravated assault

Michael Charles Russell – criminal trespassing

Matthew Richard Herron – reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, two counts if unlawful possession of a handgun by a convicted felon

Dylan Wayne Traverse – two counts of aggravated assault, three counts reckless endangerment, vandalism over $2,500, tampering with evidence

David Michael Wright Jr.- possession of a firearm by convicted felon

Adam Daniel King – attempted second degree murder, employing firearm during commission of dangerous felony, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, two counts of aggravated assault

Travis Dewayne Smith – two counts of aggravated assault, felony evading arrest, introduction of contraband into penal institution, theft, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth), second offense driving on a suspended driver’s license

Mark Edward Farmer- two counts possession of schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance, evading arrest   

Michael Charles Russell – burglary possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, criminal impersonation of a law enforcement officer

Matthew Richard Herron- resisting arrest, unlawful carrying/possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted drug felon, theft under $1,000

Derrick Wade Chitwood – possession of a schedule II controlled substance

Nathaniel Keith Leach – reckless aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, leaving the scene of accident with injury

Ashley Nicole Branam -child endangerment

Brian Krag McAllister – vandalism over $10,000

William Joseph Kendrick – possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm during commission of dangerous felony, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, child endangerment

Andrea Danielle Wright – aggravated child abuse, aggravated child neglect, aggravated child endangerment, possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sell,  possession of schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of simple possession of a schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance (Marijuana)

Amanda Suzanne Albright – possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to sell, possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia

Derrick Wade Chitwood – revoked 5th

Tammy Rene Fowler – possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell, maintaining a dwelling for drugs, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance

Jenny Lynn Siler – simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance (Heroin), simple possession of schedule II controlled substance (Meth), simple possession of a schedule IV controlled substance

Elizabeth Elaine Bridges -possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, introduction of controlled substance into penal institution

Timberly Renae Chadwick -possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Meth) with intent to deliver, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, introduction of controlled substance into penal institution

Durrell Victor McClellon – delivery of schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of possession a firearm by convicted drug felon, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, introduction of controlled substance into penal institution, possession of a prohibited weapon, criminal conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to sell

Martez Reymoan Murry – delivery of schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, two counts of possession a firearm by convicted drug felon, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, tampering with evidence, criminal conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to sell
