Eleven individuals are indicted, Danielle Faith Hawkins faces four separate indictments

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury hand down multiple indictments.
- Danielle Faith Hawkins – suspended driver’s license; simple possession of schedule II controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia
- Justin Dewayne Heatherly – aggravated assault-strangulation
- Dianna Nicole McGill -DUI; DUI –Per Se; resist stop, arrest, search; implied consent
- Danielle Faith Hawkins – possession of a schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell; DUI; possession of drug paraphernalia, second offense driving on a suspended license
- Michael Joseph Ankenbrandt -DUI; DUI commercial vehicle
- Rochelle Sue Harrington – sale of Meth schedule controlled substance II under .5; delivery of Meth schedule II controlled substance; felony possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts possession of Meth schedule II controlled substance with intent more than .5
- Kiwon Wendell Johnson – possession of weapon – convicted felony attempt; reckless endangerment – no weapon involved; resist stop halt frisk; simple possession of schedule VI; speeding
- Danielle Faith Hawkins – tampering with evidence; possession of a schedule II controlled substance; contraband in penal facility
- Danielle Faith Hawkins – simple possession schedule I controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia
- Barry Wayne Stratton – assault – bodily injury
- James Roy Sexton – three counts of theft up to $1,000; two counts fraud use debit/credit card – illegal possession
- Jason Hoyle Goodman -aggravated assault – domestic
- Gerardo Ortiz-Lopez – open container
- Scotty Foust – attempted second degree murder; aggravated assault- reckless; aggravated assault; two counts of employ firearm intent to go armed- dangerous felony
