Foust fights way to victory in boxing match

ATHENS, TN (WLAF)- Cougar Sophomore Asher Foust is carrying on a family tradition of succeeding in the boxing ring. On Saturday, Foust, a member of the Campbell County Boxing Club, defeated Yandel Aleman of Dalton, Georgia, by unanimous decision. Foust scored his victory at the 2nd Chance Boxing Club at Athens.

Foust, a 16 year old, fights in the 135 pound weight class.

Foust’s father Ben, a former champion, calls himself just a fan these days supporting his son.
