Pete Sharp’s garden is growing them big this summer

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- “I’ve never seen one like this. Look at it. It’s actually two tomatoes in one. See the two stems,” said Pete Sharp.

A beaming Sharp showed off his crop Tuesday morning here at the radio station and rightfully so. He had just picked it at his home garden at Fincastle. “I’ve had a garden for 20 years or so, and this is a first,” said Sharp. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/16/2025-6AM)
