Saturday’s Veteran’s Breakfast at Jellico is sponsored by TCAT

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Campbell County Mayor Jack Lynch made several announcements at Monday’s commission workshop, including that the food drive in the county that was started by United Rare Earths CEO Jeffrey Willis and had tons of matching funds from the community, raised over $33,000.
“Our Food Drive that was started back in November by United Rare Earths with $10,000 in seed money asking us to match up and we had like $30,000. And then, the City of LaFollette brought it before their council they put up $3,000, so the total food drive hit $33,800. It was a great food drive and will help a lot of people,” Mayor Lynch said.

The County Mayor also announced the next Veteran’s Breakfast would be held at Newcomb Baptist Church this Saturday at 9 am, with TCAT Jacksboro as the sponsor. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-12/09/2025-6AM)
