NASHVILLE, TN (SPECIAL TO WLAF)- The first day of the Second Session of the Tennessee General Assembly was gaveled in Tuesday at Noon in Nashville. After making its way through the protesters, members of The House of Representatives began business as scheduled.

State Representative Dennis Powers readied for his first day back on Tuesday.
