Firefighters with CCRFS quickly solve potential problem at store

Units were dispatched Monday night

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- At 8:04 Monday night, firefighters with the Campbell County Rural Fire Service were dispatched to 115 Calhoun Road in the valley.

There was a report of the smell of wires burning at the Dollar General Store.

When crews arrived, they were able to locate the sources with the thermal imaging camera to a heat unit that had malfunctioned. Crews isolated the power to the unit.
