LaFollette Police make late Sunday night arrest

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- A public intoxication call recently sent LaFollette Police Officer Tavian McCullah and Sergeant Anthony Mahar to 919 E. Central Ave.

It was Sunday, July 13, around 11pm, when McCullah arrived, he found Sgt. Mahar talking to the woman identified as Felicia Gail Rose. The Sgt. told McCullah that he had been watching Rose nodding in and out while slouched for about 10 minutes. According to a report from the LaFollette Police Department, the woman’s words were slurred and she was having a hard time focusing on questions she was being asked.

Rose allegedly told McCullah that she had taken her prescription pills of Gabapentin and Suboxone. Rose gave consent for her bag to be searched where Mahar found an unmarked pill bottle with multiple capsules inside.

Rose, 41, 240 Stinking Creek Road, LaFollette was charged with schedule III possession and public intoxication. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/21/2025-6AM)
