Eugene Fry, age 71 of LaFollette, passed away on January 1, 2024, at his home. He was born June 16, 1952, to the late John B. Fry and Mayo (Hurst) Fry. Eugene enjoyed playing the guitar.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Mary Fry and Lela North.

Eugene is survived by his loving wife Gail Fry of LaFollette; children Amy Fry of Middlesboro, Jamie Nelson of LaFollette, Clayton Fry of Tazwell, and Julie Nelson of Tazwell; brother J.B. Fry of LaFollette; sisters Debres Fry of Middlesboro, Geraldine Williams of Pineville, KY, and Brenda Scott of Pineville, KY; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
