LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Multi-war tour Marine Corp Veteran Gary Polk, known as Chops, started roasting a pig late Thursday afternoon ahead of today’s lunch hour. “It’s 110 pounds of USDA stamped certified pork, and we’ll be able to feed close to 300 people today,” said Chops.
Enjoy a pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, baked beans and peach cobbler for $15. “We’ll load a quarter pound of pork on each sandwich,” said Chops. Serving hours are 10am until 6pm or while the food lasts.
