Elizabeth Norton Sharp, age 96

Elizabeth Norton Sharp, age 96, departed this life on Tuesday October 14, 2025. She was a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church, Elizabeth enjoyed watching the Atlanta Braves, loved her family especially her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Sharp; daughter, Karen Williamson; parents, Robert and Sarah Overton Norton; brothers C.H. Norton and Virgil Norton; and sister, Helen Randolph.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Sara Hurt and husband Michael of LaFollette; son, Ken Sharp and wife Patty of Williamsburg, VA; grandchildren, Amanda Wilson and husband Troy of Knoxville, Preston Sharp and wife Maria Paula of Raleigh, NC, Davin Sharp and wife Rebecca of Florida, Anthony Williamson of Tazewell; son-in-law, Fred Williamson of Speedwell; several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and friends will meet on Thursday October 16, 2025 at 10:15 AM at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Campbell Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 AM graveside service with Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating.
