Elizabeth Marie Elliott Rice, age 80 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018 at her residence. She was born on August 01, 1938 in Lake City, TN. Elizabeth was of the Baptist faith and a member of Fratersville Baptist Church. She loved to read, Talking to her daughter daily, and spending time with her family and friends.Â She is preceded in death by her husband: Roy C. Rice, parents: Dock & Mae Hatmaker Elliott, and Great- Grandson Austin.
