Donna Kaye Parker, age 78, of LaFollette passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026. She was a proud native of Harlan County Kentucky. Preceded in death by husband: Lowell Parker, parents: Thomas and Edna Huff Scott, sisters: Betty Morgan, Margaret Litzelswope, Vera Trent, brothers:

Daughter: Robin Parker

Son: James Powell

Grandson: Tommy Parker and wife Hannah

Special nieces Susan Davenport and Debra Morgan

Special family member: Judy Gilmore

Several other nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
