Donald Ray Morris, age 80, of LaFollette passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. He was saved and baptized at Fincastle Church of God. He was the owner/operator of Don Morris Excavating for 30 years and loved to hunt ginseng. Preceded in death by Parents: Shellar and Maybelle Jones Morris, Brothers: J. M. Morris, Benny Morris, Digger Morris, Sisters: Diane Morris and Brenda Parker.

Daughters: Lisa Morris Leach, Renee Morris

Son: Tommy Morris

Grandchildren: Kristie Morris, Thomas Morris, Laci Leach, Adam Leach

Brothers: Roger Morris, Randall Morris, Vic Morris, Gary Morris and Joe Morris

Sisters: Sue Chadwell, Vivian Comer, Kay Rogers, Fay Phillips

Several nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 11-1 PM Saturday, July 26, 2025, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Ed Smiddy Officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Powell Valley Cemetery.
