WLAF’s Charlie Hutson shares his photos from Thursday morning’s ceremony

Left to right are Stan Foust, Shirley Rogers and Nancy Green. Foust is City Administrator for La Follette while Green is Librarian of the La Follette Public Library. Rogers has served the city in many roles over the years including city council and traditionally opens the Dogwood Trails.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- City employees gathered under a sunny sky Thursday morning at ten o’clock on South Tennessee Avenue in front of City Hall to officially open the Dogwood Trails. In keeping with tradition, Shirley Rogers of the Hill & Valley Garden Club snipped the pink ribbon on April 9, signaling the opening of the Dogwood Trails in La Follette.
