Deloris “Peepsie”( McCullah) Allen age 91 of LaFollette, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at U.T. Medical Center.  She was born in Campbell County on June 21, 1933, to the late Rev.  Loyd E. McCullah and Ella (Wilburn) McCullah. Deloris was a loving wife of 61 years, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved watching her hummingbirds and being outdoors.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James H. Allen Sr.; son James “Jimmy” Allen Jr.; infant daughter Elizabeth Elaine Allen; brother Frank McCullah; and infant sister.

Deloris is survived by her daughter Peggy Jo Brown and husband Lewis; daughter-in-law Angie Wright and Jeff; grandchildren Alesha Jo Williams and husband Ryan; great grandchildren Korbyn Wyatt and Kolt Evan Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Sunday, July 21, 2024, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Ron Bruce and Rev. Jerome McCullah officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 AM on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.
