Dangerously cold weather continues through lunch time

There is a COLD WEATHER ADVISORY until 10am Monday

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Very cold temperatures continue through this morning before a noticeable warm-up occurs as the day’s high heads to 36-degrees. Although winds have decreased, light winds create dangerous wind chills. Monday night’s low dips to 21.

Use caution while traveling. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep your pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside.
