CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting proposals (RFP) for Advanced Firewall, Content Filtering and Cybersecurity Awareness Training for the Campbell County Board of Education.

REQUST FOR PROPOSAL

The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting proposals (RFP) for Advanced Firewall, Content Filtering and Cybersecurity Awareness Training for the Campbell County Board of Education.

The intent of this RFP is for the Campbell County Board of Education to purchase, installation, and support of advanced cybersecurity solutions, including next-generation firewalls, content filtering, and a staff cybersecurity awareness training platform.  This procurement is part of the Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program administered by USAC.  This RFP is issued in conjunction with FCC Form 470 and complies with all applicable E-rate competitive bidding rules.  Funding is contingent upon approval of E-rate support.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on August 18, 2025 at the Campbell County Department of Finance at which time they will be opened and read aloud.

All proposals must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges.  All proposals must be effective ninety (90) days after the opening date. All bidders submitting proposals are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their proposal submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their proposal submitted to be considered a valid proposal.  Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award bid most advantageous to the county.
