Cougars, Lady Cougars play at 3pm, listen over WLAF

Lady Cougars-Morristown East at Corryton – Cougars-West Greene Buffaloes at New Tazewell

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- It’s breakfast, lunch and basketball for Campbell today. The holiday tournaments that began on Monday for the Cougars, Tuesday for the Lady Cougars pick up tomorrow where they left off. Both teams tip at 3pm.

Friday’s Lady Cougars match up with Morristown East will be a good measuring stick for both teams, each winners of 23 games a season ago. Campbell is 3 & 0 while East is 4 & 0. The two have a common opponent, William Blount. Blount fell 47-31 on Monday to East in the Gibbs Tourney with Campbell winning 51-44 in the season opener.

Campbell and West Greene combined for 10 wins a season ago, the Cougars won 7 games with West picking up 3 wins. The Cougars are 1 & 2, West Greene is 2 & 1.

It’ll be a fun day of broadcasting for Josh Parker, Voice of the Cougars, and the Young Voice of the Cougars, Clayton Carroll, because both games tip off at the same time, 3pm. WLAF will switch back and forth from each venue keeping you updated on the Cougars and Lady Cougars with the dual broadcast.
