City to rescind resolution for $1.2-million LUB capital outlay note

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Thursday brings a public hearing and the finish to the June City of La Follette Council meeting.

The public hearing on approval of the 2026-2027 budget begins at 4pm followed by the adjourned-in-session meeting from June 9.

One of the items on the agenda for the meeting is to rescind resolution 2026-06 for the approval of a 1.2-million-dollar capital outlay note for the La Follette Utility Board. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-06/23/2026-6AM)
