Chamber of Commerce Eggapalooza begins Monday

Today is the deadline to have your business included

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Members of the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce Retail Committee encourage you to take part in the Chamber of Commerce Eggapalooza community event leading up to the upcoming Easter Holiday. This event starts Mon., March 16, and lasts until Sun., March 29, 2026. However, today is the last day to have your business included. If you would like more information or would like to participate, please respond by email, dena.miller@campbellcountychamber.org, by the end of the day today, March 12, by 4:00pm. 

What is the event?

The event consists of an Eggapalooza map with participating community businesses that would like invite members of the community to drop in during the week and receive Easter candy or a treat. Individuals participating in the event will visit businesses and get a stamp on their map. At the end of the event, participants can turn their map into the Chamber of Commerce for a chance to win a prize basket. The map will be available on the Chamber of Commerce website.

Why should your business participate in the event?

The event can be beneficial to your business in several ways. First and foremost, participation will drive foot traffic to your business. While in your business, customers have the opportunity to look around, shop, and learn more about you. You have the opportunity to make a great impression on an individual who may not have known about your business, where you are located, or what services or products you offer. The event will be publicized through local media and Chamber of Commerce social media accounts. This means your business name will be seen over and over. Participation in these types of events creates a sense of community throughout local businesses and we would love to have your business listed on the map! This event is also limited to Chamber member businesses–an added benefit to your Chamber membership by participating in exclusive events.

What is your business commitment to the event?

First, if you would like to participate and be listed on the map, respond to this email with your business name and address. Once you decide to participate, your business will provide Easter candy or a treat for individuals who come into your business during the event week. If you choose to offer additional promotions or sales, you may but it is not required. You will be asked to stamp the map in some way as participants visit your business. This can be a store stamp, Easter stamp, or whatever you would like to represent the visit to your business.
