WILLIAMSBURG, KY (WLAF)- Three Campbell County High School band students, Noah Campbell, Owen Dial, and Cody Freeman participated in the University of the Cumberlands honor band this weekend.
After rehearsals on Friday and Saturday, they participated in a concert with other musicians from areas surrounding the college.
According to CCHS band director Tiffany Braden, this was a great opportunity for these students to perform with other outstanding musicians and was something the students arranged for themselves.
“These students took it upon themselves to take the time to participate in this event. It wasn’t organized by staff, so these band members worked it all out themselves. We are so thankful to have students that go out of their way to get more opportunities to learn and perform!” Braden said. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-03/03/2026-6AM)
