JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Board of Education request sealed bids for pest control services for 14 schools and concession stands.

INVITATION TO BID

The Campbell County Board of Education request sealed bids for pest control services for 14 schools and concession stands.  This bid is a 3-year bid and will apply for the school years 2026-27, 2027-28, 2028-29.

A Complete listing of schools with addresses, phone numbers, etc. along with the specifications will be included in the bid packet.  All bid prices shall be priced by individual school and per month.  All bids should be submitted no later than 10:00 AM on April 2, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  Please submit sealed bids to the Campbell County Finance Office, Attn:  Trevor Hobbs, Purchasing Agent, P.O. Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN  37757.

Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award bid most advantageous to the county.  All bid envelopes must be noted as a “Bid Quote for Pest Control.”  Bid quotes must be effective for 90 days after bid opening date.

All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendors information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid’s submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for the bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.
