CASA kids back to school party is Saturday

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Express Employment has partnered with CASA of Campbell County to host a back to school party for CASA kids this weekend.

“We are thankful Express Employment chose to team with CASA of Campbell County for Tools for School which will supply much needed school supplies for kids that are in foster care served by the Campbell County CASA Program,” according to CASA Director Jan Jones. 

On Sat., Aug. 5, Express Employment will host a back to school party for the CASA kids and families complete with food, fun and games at The Dewey Hunter Center at 802 South 4th Street in LaFollette. The event is from 11 am till 2 pm, at which time each child will receive school supplies to get them equipped as they begin their new school year.

“Individuals and businesses helped support this much needed event by making monetary donations or bringing by supplies,” Jones said.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/03/2023-6AM)
