CARYVILLE, TN. (WLAF)- A Sunday afternoon accident has resulted in traffic backing up. The wreck is at Mile Marker 133.5 in the southbound lanes on I-75.

Four medical helicopters landed on the interstate, sources told WLAF. The accident occurred near the top of the hill near Mile Marker 133.5.
