Wlaf1450Carolyn Smith age 77of LaFollette passed away Wednesday October 1, 2025. She was a longtime member of the Indiana Avenue Baptist Church and retired from LaFollette Health and Rehab after 43 years of service. She was preceded in death by parents Jesse and Lillie Lynch Smith and brother Roger Smith.
Survived by longtime friend Bill Burress.
The family will receive friends 4-6pm Saturday Oct 4th with funeral service to follow at 6pm at Indiana Avenue Baptist Church. Rev. Steve Ross and Rev. Sampson Ridenour officiating. A private Interment will be held in Powell Valley Cemetery.
